/ Project Overview
The event facts come from the DWTC listing and the opening-day coverage. Sources give slightly different figures for speakers and countries, so I used the opening-day numbers.
/ Challenges
Covering a large summit as a videographer and editor meant working across several parallel sessions, with more than 100 hours of talks in the programme and far more material than one person could film. Shooting conditions were demanding: crowded halls, changing stage lighting and audio, and speakers moving between venues. Technical, policy-heavy topics had to be cut down without losing their meaning, and the footage had to be edited on a tight turnaround, with priorities set on the spot about which sessions and moments mattered most.
/ Objectives
The goal was to document AI Everything 2019 through video, turning two days of keynotes, panels and seminars into clear, engaging content that could reach people beyond the venue. That meant capturing the key moments and speakers accurately, showing the scale and energy of the exhibition floor, and delivering polished edits quickly enough to stay relevant while the event was still in the news.
